Wanda Jones-Yeatman

Wanda Jones-Yeatman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and organization development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Northrop Grumman, Wanda previously held several leadership roles at Lockheed Martin, including Sr. Manager for Future of Work and Leadership Development Manager. Additional experience includes senior consultative positions at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and as Managing Director at WJY Consulting, where Wanda specialized in strategic communications, training development, and executive coaching. Wanda has contributed to various federal programs, including as Deputy Program Manager for the Department of Veterans Affairs' MyCareer@VA initiative. Educational credentials include an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School and degrees in Communication and College Student Personnel Administration from Arizona State University and the University of Maryland, respectively.
