Jordan Parekh

Jordan Parekh is the Head of People at Artemis Connection. Prior to joining Artemis Connection, Parekh served as the Global Recruiting Lead for McKinsey & Company from January 2017 to December 2019. In this role, Parekh managed a team of executive recruiters while also spearheading strategic HR projects for the practice.

From January 2011 to December 2015, Parekh served as the Senior Managing Director and Chief of Staff (to COO) for Teach For America. In this role, Parekh was responsible for talent, strategy, and operations for COO's office, with oversight of strategic planning, budgeting, and HR support for regional offices.

Parekh also spent two years as the Manager of Recruiting for The Bridgespan Group from January 2015 to December 2017. As the first-ever executive search hire for a consulting firm's global offices, Parekh built an end-to-end recruiting engine from the ground up, including sourcing, assessment, hiring, and more.

Prior to their work in the recruiting industry, Parekh worked as a consultant for The Bridgespan Group from January 2010 to December 2011. Jordan also completed a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard University from January 2008 to December 2010. Parekh began their career as an associate at The Boston Consulting Group from January 2005 to December 2007.

Jordan Parekh received a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
