Harry Makatounakis

Harry Makatounakis is an experienced project manager currently at Artemis ITS since March 2023, focusing on monitoring and tracking integrated projects and managing permitting procedures with municipalities and provinces. Previously, Harry served as a mechanical engineer at AVIEK, where responsibilities included CAD design and technical specifications. As an industrial maintenance planner and research and development engineer at KOUVIDIS, Harry oversaw maintenance activities and created 3D models. At Heraklion Port Authority AE, Harry managed procurement and technical tasks, including tenders and project contracts. Educational qualifications include an Integrated Master in Production and Management Engineering from the Technical University of Crete, a Master of Science in Quality Management from Hellenic Open University, and a certification in Pedagogical and Teaching Competence.
