Cassie Peña

Cassie Peña has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in product management and account management.

Starting in 2012, Cassie worked at CJ Affiliate, initially as an Advertiser Account Representative and later as an Associate Account Manager. In these roles, they managed client relationships, developed product catalog feeds, and optimized affiliate marketing campaigns. Cassie also worked on recruiting and managing publisher relationships and identifying new sources of revenue.

Cassie then transitioned into the role of Associate Product Manager, where they supported the primary Product Manager for the Ad Systems domain before taking full control of domain development. During this time, they delivered projects such as the Site to Store feature, which generated additional revenue for advertisers and publishers.

In 2017, Cassie was promoted to Product Manager, overseeing both the Ad Systems and Publisher Tracking domains. Cassie achieved notable accomplishments, including enhancing the Deep Link Generator bookmarklet and delivering a Commission Detail API, which simplified affiliate transaction tracking and added programmatic enhancements.

In 2021, Cassie joined Klarna as a Senior Product Manager before transitioning to their current role at Artera as the Director of Product Management in October 2022.

Cassie Peña earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resources, from California State University - East Bay in 2007.
