Sanghita Nag

Sanghita Nag has a diverse work experience in the field of medical imaging and research. Sanghita currently holds the position of Director of Laboratory Sciences at Artera since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Clinical Research Associate at Artera from May 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Artera, Sanghita was employed at Quantaras as a Data Manager - Medical Imaging from September 2019 to March 2022. During their time there, they annotated anatomical objects according to medical guidelines, organized and annotated clinical study data, and developed a Data Management Plan for machine learning algorithms. Sanghita also played a crucial role in obtaining regulatory clearance from the FDA for a new medical device.

Sanghita started their career as a Research Intern at the University of Pennsylvania in 2019, where they worked with the Medical Image Processing Group from January to June. In 2018, they held roles at the English Language Center at Drexel University as an IELTS Test Proctor and Clerical Marker from May 2018 to June 2019, and at Quantitative Radiology Solutions as a Medical Image Analyst Intern from September to December.

Additionally, Sanghita worked as a Research Intern at Gorman's Cardiovascular Research Group at the University of Pennsylvania from January to September 2018.

Sanghita Nag completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Drexel University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (formerly known as WBUT). In addition, they have a certification in Data Management for Clinical Research, which they obtained in February 2022 from Coursera.
