Kay (Henry) Jimissa has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. They started their career as a Staffing Coordinator at Tellabs, providing administrative support to recruiters and managing calendars. From there, they worked as a Staffing Coordinator at NetApp, where they continued to coordinate and schedule interviews.

At Company Confidential, Kay sourced resumes and conducted preliminary interviews for recruiters and hiring managers, focusing on certified nursing assistants and licensed vocational nurses. They then moved on to Vidality, where they worked as a Sourcer, sourcing technical candidates for various engineering positions and assisting them through the recruitment process.

Kay then joined OSI Engineering as a Sourcer and Senior Staffing Coordinator, sourcing candidates and coordinating staffing efforts. They then transitioned to 8x8, Inc., where they worked on the recruiting and sourcing team for acquisitions, sourcing resumes and conducting preliminary interviews for various positions. They also managed calendars and provided basic HR support to candidates and new hires.

Next, Kay joined Comet Technologies as a Recruiting Specialist, sourcing resumes and conducting preliminary interviews for various technical positions. They also oversaw scheduling and communication during the hiring process. They then worked at Wave Computing as a Talent Acquisition Representative, collaborating with HR to develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan and assessing candidate information.

Most recently, Kay worked at Arteris IP as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, they partnered with hiring managers, built successful partnerships with vendors and agencies, and managed the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews.
