Erika Neudorf has extensive work experience in the wine and spirits industry. Erika currently holds the position of Director Marketing Innovation at Arterra Wines Canada, a role they took on in June 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Brand Manager at Andrew Peller Limited from June 2018 to May 2019. Before that, Erika held various positions at Corby Spirit and Wine Limited, including Senior Brand Manager - Luxury Portfolio from July 2017 to June 2018, and Brand Manager - Wines & Champagnes from June 2013 to July 2017. Erika also worked as a Market Development Manager at Wine Australia from May 2011 to May 2013, and as a Project Manager at Wine Intelligence from June 2009 to May 2011. Earlier in their career, Erika served as a Marketing and Research Coordinator at Brock University - Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) from October 2007 to May 2009, and as a Harvest worker at Le Clos Jordanne in September and October 2007.
Erika Neudorf's education history includes a B.A. in Political Science from Western University, obtained from 2001 to 2004. Erika then pursued a Masters in Wine Business at the University of Adelaide from 2006 to 2007. In 2009, they obtained an Advanced Certificate - Level 3 from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Erika is currently completing a degree in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies at the University of Cambridge, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, they hold a certification in the same field from Emeritus.
