Pamal Sandaruwan

Pamal Sandaruwan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Fund Accountant at Artex Risk Solutions since February 2023, Pamal previously held various roles at HSBC Global Banking and Markets from April 2014 to February 2023, including Senior Fund Accountant for Financial Reporting and Fund Accountant for Financial Reporting. Responsibilities included supervising financial reporting processes for a diverse range of investment funds in compliance with various accounting standards. Earlier experience includes an internship in Credit Operations at Citizens Development Business Finance PLC and leadership roles within AIESEC at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, focusing on projects aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. Education was completed at St. Thomas College, Matara, from 1999 to 2009.
