Jo-ey Tang is a prominent figure in the contemporary art world, currently serving as the Director of KADIST in San Francisco, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting contemporary artists through various initiatives. With a diverse background as an Independent Curator, Jo-ey Tang has worked on significant projects such as Joe Namy's exhibition focused on Egyptian musician Halim El-Dabh and the four-site exhibition Fire/Flies for the FotoFocus Biennial. As a curator for "arms ache avid aeon," Jo-ey Tang emphasizes the works of four artists from the queer collective fierce pussy.
