Lindo Suday

Lindo Suday is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in quantity surveying and cost management. Currently serving as Construction Cost Unit Manager II at ARTHALAND since May 2024, Lindo previously held the position of Contracts Assistant Manager at Cebu Landmasters, Inc. from October 2023 to April 2024. With a strong background at Taft Properties from July 2019 to August 2023, Lindo progressed through multiple roles including Quantity Surveyor - Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Officer, and Officer, overseeing quantity surveying for projects in Cebu and Luzon. Additional experience includes roles as Quantity Surveyor at Vineyard Construction Inc. and TritonTek, Inc., and as Project Engineer at Hi-Speed Construction Corporation. Lindo began a career in civil engineering as an intern at DCD Construction. Lindo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cebu, completed in 2014.
