Diane Mills

Diane Mills is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, project management, and systems management across various industries. Currently serving as Director of IT Shared Services and HRIT at Arthrex since January 2013, Diane leads multiple teams focused on strategic technology solutions and oversees critical HR applications. Prior to Arthrex, Diane held senior roles at Allen Systems Group Inc., managing large teams and ensuring the quality of numerous software products. Educationally, Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Robert Morris University, complemented by earlier studies at Penn State University.
