Kaycee Xiao

Kaycee Xiao is a seasoned user experience designer with extensive experience in product development and design across various industries. Currently serving as Senior User Experience Designer II at Arthrex since August 2023, Kaycee leads the UI/UX design for the Virtual Implant Positioning™ (VIP™) System. As Co-Founder and Lead Product Designer at Kallaborative Design, Kaycee provides freelance product design services, focusing on UI, UX, and interaction design. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at Instawork, Lead Product Designer at Twin, and Product Designer at UnitedHealth Group, where Kaycee successfully led design projects and conducted ethnographic research. Kaycee's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University, encompassing studies in biology, business, and psychology.
