Steven Decaro

Steven DeCaro is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and business consultancy. Currently serving as RM at Polaris Technology Solutions since November 2022, Steven has held various executive roles at Arthrex since June 2013, contributing to enhanced surgical treatments. Additionally, Steven has worked as a Business Consultant for LifeNet Health and JRF Ortho, utilizing a strong foundation in risk management gained from USAA. Prior experiences include ownership of eBay and iRepair FSU businesses and internships in marketing and business management. Steven holds an MBA from the University of Tampa, following undergraduate studies at Florida State University and USF College of Medicine.
