Jennifer Rattan

Jennifer Rattan has extensive work experience in the field of biosciences. Jennifer is currently working as the Executive Director of Project Leadership at Caribou Biosciences, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Fate Therapeutics Inc, where they held multiple roles, including Executive Director, Senior Director of Program Management, and Director of Program Management. Jennifer's tenure at Fate Therapeutics Inc lasted from May 2019 to February 2023. Before joining Fate Therapeutics Inc, they worked at Amgen for almost two decades, starting as a Research Associate and eventually progressing to the position of Senior Manager of Process Development. Jennifer began their career as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of California, San Diego, where they worked for one year from September 1999 to September 2000.

Jennifer Rattan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from UC Santa Barbara. Jennifer then pursued their MBA in Global Business at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2002 to 2006.
