Tyler DeSena currently serves as a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Foot and Ankle Division at Brigham and Women's Hospital and as a Clinical Research Assistant and Medical Scribe at the Hospital for Special Surgery, specializing in osseointegration for lower extremity amputations. Additionally, Tyler operates as the Education and Outreach Coordinator for the Arthritis Foundation, focusing on educational initiatives for those affected by arthritis. Previous experience includes a role as a Photochemical Organic Synthesis Research Assistant at The Parasram Lab, where experimentation in photochemical techniques took place, and as a Student Research Assistant in Sports Medicine at the Hospital for Special Surgery, contributing to published orthopedic research. Tyler also held positions as an Office Assistant at New York University and as a Distribution Coordinator at YOLA Fruit & Produce Distributors Inc. Tyler is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from New York University.
