Olaf Lausen is an experienced executive with a diverse background in management consulting and business development. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Do Plus Management SRL since November 2016 and a Senior Advisor at Arthur D. Little since May 2018, Olaf specializes in leveraging extensive executive management experience and a broad network to drive value for clients. Previous roles include Senior Representative at Match-Maker Ventures, where the mission focused on accelerating innovation between startups and corporates, and various leadership positions at Telekom Romania and Deutsche Telekom AG, including Director of New Business Development and Country Manager for T-Com Croatia.
