Amalia "Molly" Beer is an experienced professional in retirement services, currently serving as Area Executive Vice President at Gallagher since June 2014, where responsible for overseeing Gallagher Retirement Services. Prior to this role, Amalia spent over a decade at Principal Financial Group, progressing through various positions from Sales Representative to Senior Employee Benefits Specialist, with a focus on retirement plan sales and relationship management. Amalia earned an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a BA in Economics and Art History from Vanderbilt University. Passionate about enhancing employees’ financial confidence, Amalia believes in the positive impact of providing retirement investment opportunities.
