Anna Sargeant

Anna Sargeant serves as the UK COO for Gallagher’s Benefits & HR Consulting Division since April 2024. Previously, Sargeant held the position of Director and Chief of Staff for Value Creation at PwC from September 2018 to December 2023, where the focus was on transforming businesses within the Deals channel. Earlier experience includes serving as Director at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, from August 2004 to September 2018, leading teams on impactful assignments involving strategic change through quantitative analysis. Additionally, Sargeant worked as a Strategy Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants from January 2002 to July 2004, specializing in Corporate Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence. Educational qualifications include an MEng in Materials Science, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford, along with studies at the United World College of South East Asia in Singapore and Wimbledon High School in London.
