Charles Crawford

Charles Crawford has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer for UK & EMEA at Gallagher since February 2016, overseeing various operations including Business Change, Technology, and Speciality Claims. Previously, Crawford held key roles such as UK Operations Director and interim Programme Director at Gallagher, and Owner/Director of Bourne Valley Consulting Ltd. Other notable positions include Group Chief Operating Officer at CPP Group plc, CEO of Davies Group, Managing Director at RBS Insurance and Direct Line Group, and various executive roles at Churchill Insurance. Crawford began a career in insurance with RSA as a Head Office Motor Underwriter after earning a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Liverpool.
