Dawn Whitby, CIC, CISR Elite, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client service and management across various industries. Currently serving as Client Service Manager II at Gallagher since August 2019 and as QSC at The Juice Plus+ Company since March 2020, Dawn has previously held significant roles including Chief Communications Officer at GiveOutrageously and Account Manager at Whole Story Health, Bottrell Insurance Agency, HUB International Gulf South, and Fox/Everett, Inc. Dawn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from American InterContinental University and an Associate's degree in Paralegal from Hinds Community College, alongside obtaining the CISR designation in May 2014.
