Gemma Killen

Gemma Killen is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager currently leading a team for Gallagher, overseeing recruitment for Gallagher Retail, Gallagher Specialty, Pen Underwriting, and Gallagher Bassett since September 2021. As Inclusive Hiring Lead since September 2024, Gemma is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the hiring process aligned with Gallagher's Inclusion & Diversity mission.
