Jillian Avey

Jillian Avey is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Corporate VP and Chief Accounting Operations Officer at Gallagher since July 2020, Jillian previously held various senior positions at Markel from June 2006 to July 2020, including Sr. Director of Digital Shared Services Engagement and Sr. Director of Process & Technology Solutions. Jillian's early career included a role as Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from September 2003 to June 2006. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2003.
