Leslie Gibson

Leslie Gibson is a seasoned financial professional with extensive expertise in benefits consulting and underwriting. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Benefits Consultant at Gallagher since February 2019, Leslie previously held the role of Underwriter for National Accounts at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from July 2016 to February 2019. Additionally, Leslie has significant experience in youth sailing initiatives, having worked as the Director of Sailing at Madison Youth Sailing Foundation, where a new Learn-To-Race program was introduced, and as a Sailing Instructor at both Delavan Lake Sailing School and Geneva Lake Sailing School, where course curricula and lesson plans for youth sailing programs were developed. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduated in 2016.
