Lillian McNichols

Lillian McNichols is currently a Client Service Associate II at Gallagher, having transitioned from the role of Client Service Associate. Prior to this, Lillian worked at USA Rugby as an Accounts Payable Specialist and completed an internship as a Commercial and Events Intern. Lillian also served as a Stylist for Free People and worked as the Director of Academics for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women. In 2021, Lillian participated in the Business of Sports Program at the Leeds School of Business, a selective program focusing on business skills in the sports industry. Lillian's early experience includes serving as a Learning Assistant for Math 1112 at the University of Colorado Boulder and an internship at Austin A. McNichols Insurance Agency, Inc. Lillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in May 2023.
