Matt Williams

Matt Williams has a solid background in the insurance industry. Matt started their career in 1996 as a Commercial Account Handler at BIG Insurance, where they provided internal broking support and managed a portfolio of SME clients. Matt then moved on to Hill House Hammond Business as a Client Services Manager, overseeing client relations and services. In 2003, Matt joined HSBC Insurance Brokers as a Commercial Account Executive, specializing in commercial insurance.

In 2010, Matt joined Coleman Insurance Brokers as a Director, where they played a key role in managing commercial clients and providing insurance solutions for SMEs. Matt stayed with Coleman for eight years, until 2018.

From 2018 to 2019, Matt served as the Head of Office at Stackhouse Poland, before transitioning to their current role as Head of Office for Gallagher. At Gallagher, they have overall responsibility for office management and P&L, providing market-leading commercial insurance and risk management solutions. Matt is proud to be part of a company recognized for its ethical practices and global revenue of over $6 billion.

Matt Williams attended Poole High School (Sixth Form) from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a BTEC GNVQ in Business & Finance. Their education focused on Business Administration and Management.
