Meenu Agrawal

Meenu Agrawal currently serves as the Group Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Gallagher, a role assumed in September 2025. Prior to this, Meenu was the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Iris Software Inc. from June 2023 to November 2024, overseeing global sales and leadership hiring for India. Meenu’s previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Talent Supply for India and APAC at Coforge, where significant improvements in recruitment metrics were achieved, and as Director of Recruitment at dunnhumby, leading hiring in the Data Science and Analytics domain. Earlier roles also include Head of Talent Acquisition at Impetus and Talent Acquisition Lead for Leadership Hiring at Publicis Sapient. Meenu initiated career in recruitment at CitiXsys and Naukri.com, following a strong educational background with an MBA in IT and Management from All India Management Association and a B.A. (Hons) in History from the University of Delhi.
