Steve Coco

Steve Coco currently serves as the Global Managing Director and Business Line Leader at Gallagher, overseeing a team of over 1,200 consultants in the Global HCM consulting and digital business, servicing clients across more than 90 countries. Prior to this role, Steve was the Chief Revenue Officer at Buck, where responsibilities included driving growth through sales, account management, and digital products, culminating in the successful marketing and sale of Buck to Gallagher. Earlier, Steve was the CEO of Buck, leading a global team of 2,000 professionals focused on enhancing employee lives and organizational performance following a carve-out and sale to HIG. Steve's experience in management consulting includes positions at Intellilink and Dextrys, with a foundational educational background in Economics from Bates College.
