Tim Chance

Tim Chance is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and client retention within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Executive Director at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. since June 2016, Tim oversees the Birmingham and Manchester offices, managing a team of nine and holding full accountability for the profit and loss. Prior to this role, Tim was the National Practice Leader for the Corporate Division at Marsh & McLennan Companies from October 2006 to June 2016, where responsibilities included budget management of approximately $5 million and overseeing a team of 19. Tim's educational background includes attendance at Primrose Hill Comprehensive from 1978 to 1983.
