Mike Waters

Mike Waters serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Continental Disc Corporation, leading a senior management team at a global manufacturer of rupture discs and valves for the process industry. With extensive experience in strategic leadership, Waters previously held positions as President of Flow Management Devices, LLC, guiding the company through a successful acquisition by IDEX Corporation, and as President & CEO of SOR Controls Group, a leader in measurement and control devices for the oil and gas sector. Additional roles include Vice President & General Manager at CIRCOR Energy and leadership positions at Flow-Zone, LLC and Andon Specialties, Inc. Waters holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology/Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, and is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Business School.
