Walter D. Bay

Walt Bay has extensive experience in the legal field, having held various senior positions at Arthur J. Gallagher, GE Commercial Finance, and Harter Secrest & Emery LLP. Currently, Walt serves as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Arthur J. Gallagher and also sits on the Board of Trustees at The College of Wooster. Walt holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Economics from The College of Wooster.
