Glenn James

Glenn James currently serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at C&N, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Glenn held the title of Executive Vice President at Noah Bank from January 2019 to May 2023. Glenn's extensive career in the legal and financial sectors includes partnerships at BDO USA, LLP, ParenteBeard LLC, Grant Thornton LLP, and KPMG, where positions were held from 2013 to 2010 and from 1979 to 1991, respectively. Glenn holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, obtained between 1976 and 1979, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Economics from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, completed from 1974 to 1976.
