Olivier de Labeau

Olivier de LABEAU has extensive experience in commercial real estate and business development, currently serving as Directeur des Grandes Opérations at Arthur Loyd since September 2016, focusing on property management and the commercialization of large spaces over 2,000 m2. Prior to this role, Olivier was the Directeur for Grands Comptes at Nexity Conseil & Transaction, overseeing major user contracts and properties exceeding 5,000 m2, as well as leading the Paris and Île de France Ouest branch focused on large surface areas. Earlier career milestones include directing the Paris agency at Cushman & Wakefield, where successful service redeployments and management of 20 sales professionals were established, alongside a fruitful tenure at CBRE as Directeur of both Nord Idf and PMS Ouest Idf offices. Olivier de LABEAU holds a DESCAF degree in sales of industrial goods and services from Grenoble Ecole de Management, completed in 1987.
