Alexis Jordan

Alexis Jordan, SPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Director at the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director, People & Culture at Now® and Human Resources Manager at White Cap. Alexis also held various HR positions at National Vision Inc. and Edward Jones, focusing on employee relations, business partnerships, and the administration of HR policies and programs. Early career experience includes internships at General Electric and the Georgia Department of Labor, where significant contributions were made in recruitment, benefit management, and process improvements. Alexis holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Spelman College and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University.
