Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic workforce management and employee relations. Currently serving as the Sr. HR Director of Strategic Workforce and Rewards at HarmonyCares since July 2025, Eric has previously held significant roles at Crossover Health, Amazon, UnitedHealth Group, and Walgreens. Notable achievements include leading a comprehensive HR function for one of Amazon's largest fulfillment centers, managing a diverse team of HR professionals, and providing strategic talent advisory services across multiple business units. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Albertus Magnus College.
