Guilherme Tondello

Guilherme Tondello has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder of ARTHUR MINING, a company producing the world's next generation of assets with one of the best efficiencies in the world. Guilherme also revolutionized cryptocurrency mining with Environment, Social and Governance compliance, and low carbon footprint. From 2012 to 2019, they were the Founder and CEO of Creative Solutions Ltda, a company providing specialized computational tools for engineering (CAE) for Latin American companies. From 2006 to 2012, they were the Business Manager and Business Analyst for ESSS, where they were responsible for Flowmaster business management in Latin America territory. In 2008, they were an Intern for CADFEM GmbH in Munich, Germany, where they conducted research on advanced multiphysics coupled simulation in Ansys. From 2005 to 2006, they were an Intern Researcher for Labmetro - Laboratório de Metrologia e Automatização, where they researched, designed and manufactured a thermal sensor prototype based on optical fibers and laser. In 2004, they were a Volunteer for the UFSC Mini Baja Team, where they designed, built, optimized and maintained off-road vehicles for competing in severe rough terrains against other universities.

Guilherme Tondello obtained a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina between 2004 and 2009. In 2017 and 2018, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SENAI/SC - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial, with a focus on Management of High Performing Teams and Innovation Management. Guilherme is currently enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
