Efrat Rotem

Efrat Rotem has a diverse work experience in various companies. From 2018, they are the owner of VIA-AI. In 2019, they joined Arti.tv as a Computer Vision Research Lead. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they served as the Head of Research at Infinity Augmented Reality, Inc. Efrat also worked at mobli from 2014 to 2015, initially as the EVP and Head of Eyein and Research Labs, and later as the Head of Eyein and Research Labs. Before that, they were the Head of Research Labs at mobli from 2014 to 2014. From 2011 to 2012, they were the Head of Algorithms Group at KLA-Tencor. Prior to that, they worked at Xsights media as the VP Algorithms from 2008 to 2010. Efrat started their career at Rafael, where they held the position of Senior Computer Vision engineer from 2004 to 2008, and later became the Head of Computer Vision department from 1998 to 2003.

Efrat Rotem has a B.Sc & M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Signal & Image processing from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Additionally, Efrat holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University. In terms of additional certifications, Efrat has completed various machine learning courses offered by Coursera, including "Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach," "Machine Learning: Regression," "Convolutional Neural Networks," "Deep Learning Specialization," "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization," "Machine Learning: Classification," "Machine Learning: Clustering & Retrieval," "Neural Networks and Deep Learning," "Sequential Models," and "Structuring Machine Learning Projects."
