João Rufino

João Rufino is a skilled technology leader with extensive experience in software development and cloud infrastructure. As Co-Founder of Comum Cowork since August 2024, João has played a pivotal role in establishing the company. Currently serving as Team Lead at ARTIDIS since June 2021, João successfully guided the team through ISO 27001 certification and contributed as a backend developer on projects focused on automated digital pathology tools. João's previous roles include Senior DevOps Engineer, where advancements in cloud infrastructure were made, and Senior Backend Developer/Tech Lead at Bosch Security and Safety Systems, focusing on cloud migration to Azure and innovative side projects. João also served as a researcher at Instituto de Telecomunicações, contributing to distributed systems and vehicular communications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Mathematics from Universidade de Aveiro and a Technical Course in Networks and Informatic Systems.
