Alex Hield

Alex Hield has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. In 2012, Alex began working at Target as an Executive Team Lead. In this role, Alex was responsible for managing a group of Team Leaders and Team Members, focusing on revenue generation and customer service. Alex successfully implemented guest loyalty programs, initiated guest experience initiatives, and achieved positive results in guest loyalty key performance indicators. Alex also played a crucial role in developing and advancing the careers of team members through coaching, training, and feedback.

In 2016, Alex joined Artifact Uprising® and held various positions. Alex started as part of the Community Team, contributing to the company's community building efforts. In 2018, Alex transitioned to become a People Operations & Recruiting Specialist, where Alex specialized in recruiting and managing people operations. In 2020, Alex was promoted to the People Operations Manager role, demonstrating their leadership and expertise in the field. Currently, Alex serves as the Director of People Operations, overseeing the strategic direction of the department.

Alex Hield obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder between the years 2008 and 2012. Additionally, in October 2019, Alex obtained the SHRM Talent Acquisition Speciality certification from SHRM.
