Joaquim Bargalló has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joaquim started their career at Nortel Networks, where they worked as a Post Sales Engineer, responsible for providing technical support and executing projects for clients. Joaquim then joined GTD as a Project Manager, leading projects in the telecom and software development field.
In 2007, Bargalló joined Artificial Solutions, where they have held several leadership positions. Joaquim started as a Project Delivery Manager, where they established a Project Manager office and built a team of Project Managers. Joaquim then became the Professional Services Director for Southern Europe, overseeing projects in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and France. In this role, they led an international team and ensured the successful delivery of solutions.
From 2014 to 2020, Bargalló served as the Professional Services Director for Europe at Artificial Solutions. Joaquim was responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team and aligning them with company strategies. Recently, they have taken on the role of Director of Customer Success, where they are involved in creating and organizing a growing customer success department to provide best practices and tools for building global Conversational AI solutions.
Throughout their career, Bargalló has demonstrated leadership, project management, and technical expertise in delivering successful projects and driving customer satisfaction.
Joaquim Bargalló pursued their education starting in 1991 at Universitat Ramon Llull, where they studied Telecommunications Engineering until 1998. Following this, they enrolled at Esade in 2005 and completed their studies in 2007, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
