Nora Jones

Nora Jones is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product management, software engineering, and investment. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at PagerDuty since November 2023, Nora leads Jeli.io following its acquisition by PagerDuty. Previously, Nora founded and served as CEO of Jeli from September 2019 to November 2023. Nora also holds multiple angel investor roles at organizations including First Round Capital, Guide, and artillery.io. Prior experience includes positions at Slack, Netflix, Jet.com, General Assembly, and Alarm.com, with a strong focus on engineering and teaching. Nora holds a Master of Science in Human Factors and Systems Safety from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
