Leon Wilkosz Ccim

Leon Wilkosz began their career at UPS in 1977, working as a Business Manager and gaining valuable training for 20 years. Leon then transitioned to Schweiger Furniture as President from 1997 to 2000. Following that, they owned Resource Consulting from 2000 to 2004. Leon served as President of DaneVest Capital from 2007 to 2012. Leon also held positions at Cottage Cafe as Owner from 2004 to 2012 and Vanta Commercial Properties as Vice President from 2007 to 2013, and later as Chief Operating Officer from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Leon is working at Artis REIT, where they have held the roles of Senior Vice President Property Management - Midwest from 2016 to present and Senior Vice President Asset Management - US Region from 2017 to present.

Leon Wilkosz, CCIM graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Real Property Administrator certification from BOMI International in January 2014.
