Jill Anderson

Jill Anderson is an accomplished marketing and sales executive with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Artisan Built Communities since August 2025, Jill previously held the position of Regional Sales Director at Ashton Woods Homes for a brief period earlier in 2025. Jill's career includes significant roles at Taylor Morrison, where responsibilities included Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing, and Regional Marketing Director. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Marketing for Century Communities, Inc. in North Carolina and as Marketing Director at Benchmark Communities LLC. Prior to these roles, Jill was the SE Coastal Division Marketing Director at K. Hovnanian Homes, overseeing marketing strategies for multiple new home communities across the Southeast Coastal region. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
