Jamie Douraghy's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies and organizations.

In 1996, Jamie founded Artisan Creative, a premier source for creative and marketing talent, specializing in full-time placements, temp staffing, and projects. They have been in the creative staffing and recruitment industry for over 20 years, servicing clients in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, and New York.

In 2004, Jamie became a member of Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and took on various leadership roles within the organization. These roles include being the Global Leadership Committee Chair, Committee Chair for External Engagement, Chair of the Global Growth Team, Mentorship Chair for the Los Angeles chapter, Chapter President for the Los Angeles chapter, Sub Committee Chair for the Accelerator Program, Western US Regional Director, and Area Director.

In 2008, Jamie also served as a volunteer for the NFTE organization.

In 2009, Jamie co-founded Mav12, a company focused on providing innovative solutions.

In 2010, Jamie joined the Make a Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles as a member of the Board of Directors.

In 2011, Jamie became a member of the AIGA Los Angeles and served as a member of the Board of Directors for a year.

In 2013, Jamie took on the role of the Chair of the Global Growth Team in EO and was responsible for promoting EO's strategic accelerated growth in developing markets. Jamie also served as the Chapter President for the Los Angeles chapter.

In 2014, Jamie started working with Life Work Integration as a WHY coach, facilitating retreats and workshops for various organizations.

In 2016, Jamie became a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and a Certified Conversational Intelligence® Coach.

In 2017, Jamie joined XLN (Executive Leadership Network) as a facilitator.

In 2020, Jamie became an official member of the L.A. Biz Leadership Trust.

Throughout their career, Jamie has also been involved in the entertainment industry as the co-founder of Hyperwerks Entertainment, an independent publisher of specialty comic books.

Jamie Douraghy's education history includes obtaining an A levels degree in History from Forest School in London, U.K. from 1974 to 1978. They then pursued French Studies at Institute Touraine in Tours, France, earning a Diplôme d'Etudes en Langue Française (DELF) from 1978 to 1979. Finally, Jamie attended Syracuse University from 1979 to 1984, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Relations.

In addition to their formal education, Jamie Douraghy has acquired several certifications and additional qualifications. They obtained a certification in Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) from the World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) in July 2019. In May 2017, they became a Strategy Summit Facilitator through the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Jamie also graduated from the Southern California Leadership Network (SCLN) in 2017. They acquired certification as a Clifton Strengths Coach from Gallup in July 2016 and as a Why Discovery Coach from the WHY Institute in July 2014. Additionally, they completed the EO Global Leadership Academy through the Entrepreneurs' Organization in November 2011.
