Matthew Ashby

Matthew Ashby currently serves as the Director of Operations at Artisan Kitchens since December 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Winland Foods and Plant Operations Manager at TreeHouse Foods, along with significant positions in maintenance and management at Niagara Bottling and Cooley Group. Matthew co-founded Argos LLC. and was integral to Nucor Corporation's operations in various capacities, including Electrical Lead/Technician and Caster Electrical Supervisor. Matthew began the professional journey with the US Navy as a Nuclear Plant Electrician and Engineering Watch Supervisor. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
