Colin Eighmy

Colin Eighmy is an accomplished executive recruiter specializing in go-to-market strategies with extensive experience in technology-focused executive search. Currently serving as Principal at Artisanal Talent Group, Colin leads searches in the Early-Stage GTM Practice, successfully completing over 50 searches for clients in sectors such as Cybersecurity and AI/ML. Prior experience includes a four-year tenure as Director of the Early Stage GTM Practice at SPMB Executive Search, recognized as a leading firm in technology recruitment. Colin has also held various roles in technical recruiting and sales, demonstrating a strong track record of performance. In addition to professional endeavors, Colin has contributed to community initiatives, notably as Board Chair for Best Buddies International and as a member of the Leadership Council for Brent's Place, focusing on support for individuals with disabilities and immune-compromised patients, respectively.
