Valerie Chacon

Valerie Chacon has extensive work experience in the field of clinical research. Valerie is currently employed at Artiva Biotherapeutics as a Senior Clinical Research Associate since September 2022. Prior to that, Valerie worked at ProTrials Research where they held various roles including Senior Clinical Research Associate from May 2021 to November 2022, Clinical Research Associate II from February 2020 to May 2021, Clinical Research Associate I from October 2016 to February 2020, and Senior Clinical Research Assistant from January 2015 to October 2016.

Before joining ProTrials Research, Valerie worked at Stryker as a Clinical Trial Coordinator from March 2013 to January 2015. Valerie also worked at SPRIM Advanced Life Sciences as a Clinical Research Coordinator from July 2012 to March 2013.

Valerie began their career as an Intern & Front Desk Volunteer at the American Red Cross and as an Intern & Volunteer Coordinator at the Spanish Speaking Citizens Foundation, both from August 2011 to August 2012.

Valerie also has experience in retail, having worked as a Sales Associate at Staples from January 2012 to June 2012, and as a Replenishment Associate at Michaels Arts and Crafts from September 2011 to June 2012.

Valerie's early work experience includes various roles at Holy Names University, where they worked as a Professor's Assistant from August 2010 to December 2010, as a Campus Ministry Assistant from August 2007 to August 2010, and as a Chemistry Tutor from August 2009 to January 2010.

Valerie Chacon began their education in 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological Science from Holy Names University (HNU). Valerie attended HNU for four years, completing their studies in 2011. In 2014, Valerie enrolled in a 10-Week Beginner CRA/CRC course at Barnett Educational Services, where they obtained a certificate. The duration of their studies at Barnett Educational Services beyond 2014 is unknown.
