Chelsea Donsker has over 15 years of experience in the marketing and design industry. Chelsea currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations and Client Services at Art Machine. In this role, they provide strategic guidance, oversees client management operations, and plans staffing solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Account Services Film/TV at Art Machine, where they managed a team of 16 and ensured effective communication and project management. Chelsea also has experience as the Director of Integrated Marketing, leading a team in creating global key art and product campaigns for high-profile clients. Chelsea began their career as an Account Executive at Art Machine, where they directed creative teams and built client relationships. Before joining Art Machine, Chelsea worked at Ignition as a Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, and Account Manager. Chelsea also gained experience as an Office Administrator at Cold Open and as an Awards Campaign Consultant at ID Public Relations. Throughout their career, Chelsea has demonstrated expertise in client partnership, revenue generation, and leadership.
