Jacque J. Sokolov

Jacque Sokolov, MD, serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Artrya USA Inc, a leader in AI-enabled CT cardiac imaging, since March 2022. In addition, Sokolov has been the Chairman and CEO of SSB Solutions, SSB Investment Funds, SSB Financial Services, and SSB Government Contracting since April 1997. Other notable roles include Chairman of the Board for GlobalMed and a Founding Director/Investor on the Board of Directors for Calviri, a company at the forefront of mRNA immunosignature technology. Sokolov is also the Managing Member of University PharmCo, LLC, which aims to enhance revenue streams for non-profit universities, and Chairman of the Board and Chief Medical Officer for Veterans Accountable Care Group, focused on government contracting for the VA. Additionally, Sokolov has held significant positions at Arizona State University’s Health Futures Council and various healthcare organizations. Sokolov completed medical training at the Mayo Clinic and earned an MD from the Keck School of Medicine of USC.
