Charity Smith is an experienced Talent Manager and Senior Recruiter at Arts & Letters Creative Co. since August 2019, specializing in full-cycle recruiting across diverse departments including Production, Strategy, and Finance. Prior experience includes serving as Volunteer Coordinator at Youth Life Foundation of Richmond, focusing on volunteer recruitment and retention, and as Ministry Staff at Northside Church of Richmond, where responsibilities included community outreach and event planning.
