Elissa O'Malley has a strong background in human resources and people management. Elissa began their career in 2001 with Australian Volunteers International, where they served as the Manager of People & Organisational Development for nearly 17 years until February 2018.
In March 2018, Elissa joined Arts Centre Melbourne as the Associate Director of Human Resources. Elissa held this role for three and a half years before being promoted to Director of People & Wellbeing in September 2021.
